Composure gives you just that, composure.
It is a collection of herbs available in capsules that relax and sooth. In the clinic I use composure for people who have tight muscles. We have voluntary and involuntary muscles and they can all hold tension. The voluntary skeletal muscles can get tight and create pain, put the muscles at risk of being strained interfere with nerve supply and even prevent blood flow.
It is difficult for blood to flow through a tight fist and a muscle across your shoulder or neck is no different. Maybe that foggy head is related to your tight neck? A relaxing treatment (Massage, Bowen, Shiatus) and Composure will make a huge difference and you will begin to think more clearly.
And what about the involuntary muscles, for example, the ones that control the bowel motions? When they contract and stay tight, not a lot moves. For people who drink plenty of water, eat buckets of fruit and vegies (dare a processed food pass their lips) and still have constipation then Composure is for them. Each night before bed take 2 capsules and in the morning everything will be so relaxed there will be a smile between all your cheeks
